Helping others has always been the thread in my career. I started as a nutritionist, then moved into executive search in Luxembourg and Munich before joining Top of Minds Group to launch our Spanish office. I love listening to people, to their stories and what drives them, and then connecting the dots between people and opportunities.

We go beyond one-off placements, helping companies build entire teams and guiding them through challenging transitions. We focus on national and international real estate companies, alongside SMEs and PE-backed organizations across various sectors. Recent placements include the COO for Almond Real Estate, the CFO for Ladorian, the General Manager for Saerco, and the CEO for ControlNet. Being a small player in an established market is challenging, but our personal approach, speed, and quality of service set us apart.
