In 2008 I co-founded Top of Minds with Janko Klaeijsen. After graduating from Delft University of Technology, I worked as a strategy consultant at Roland Berger. From that background, I began looking critically at the executive search process — not as a relationship-driven profession, but as a technical challenge. It quickly became clear that the quality of a search process is largely determined by the number of strong candidates you can reach in a short period of time. Over the past eighteen years, we have invested significant time, money and energy in developing technology that allowed us to scale the search process far beyond the limits of the traditional network model.

The arrival of AI has accelerated this journey further. We have now developed, with our in-house built product Cicero, an executive search infrastructure that was previously only accessible to the large American players. As market leader in the Netherlands, we deliver a product of international standing."
