I have worked in executive search since 2013. In 2018 I joined Top of Minds to build a strong consulting practice. That practice has since grown into a broad department in which we place consultants, senior management and partner positions within legal, private equity and consulting. I advise both leading professional services firms such as BCG, Bain & Company, Roland Berger and A&O Shearman, as well as organisations such as HEMA, IKEA and JDE on complex transformation and growth challenges.

I do not follow a single fixed methodology; my focus is always on building lasting relationships and genuinely thinking along with organisations about strategy, growth and change.
