Before joining Top of Minds, I was responsible for leading large teams with strategic, operational and commercial responsibilities within the IT staffing division of a multinational. This gave me extensive experience in HR services and, from personal experience, a deep understanding of the challenges senior executives face and what they need. Within our practice, I focus on IT & tech leadership roles across industry, SaaS, financial services and e-commerce. These positions are where technology and strategy converge.
