I studied Crisis & Security Management, with a specialisation in Radicalism, Extremism and Terrorism — a programme I chose because of my interest in human behaviour. After graduating, I was looking for an environment where commerce and people-focused work came together, and I found that at Top of Minds. I love the human side of executive search and get energy from finding the right cultural fit in every search.

The process towards the end result is particularly interesting and educational. It can sometimes be quite a journey, one in which the strategy is refined multiple times along the way.
