My interest in human behaviour within organisations led me to the Master's in Culture, Organization & Management, where I researched how teams and structures influence the way people move within organisations. In between, I travelled for extended periods to places including Hong Kong, Central America, Africa and Asia, which continuously broadened my perspective on how people and cultures function. Being naturally curious helps with that.

What I particularly love about executive search is that I get to ask questions from an external, advisory role. The puzzle aspect also appeals to me greatly: understanding what an organisation needs and which candidate will truly thrive in that environment."
