Bringing clients to new insights and substantially strengthening teams: that is what I find most rewarding about executive search. Not by presenting the usual suspects, but by challenging organisations on what they truly need and advising C-level executives on their careers. I place C-level positions in the energy sector, including for Essent, Budget Thuis, Vandebron and Quatt, and for digital platforms such as Marktplaats and EQOM (part of Waterland).
