On paper, a candidate may seem like a perfect fit, but whether someone also adds genuine value to an organisation in terms of personality and ambition — and vice versa — is an entirely different story. That's exactly the story I try to uncover. 

These insights sometimes lead to surprising matches: candidates from other sectors who strike exactly the right chord at a company, or someone with an atypical profile who fits seamlessly into an organisation. Connecting the right people with the right organisations is what gives me the most energy. In this way, I have introduced new leaders to organisations including HEMA, Valcon, PriceWise and De Heus."
