I began my career at Procter & Gamble, before moving on to McKinsey. For sixteen years — several of which as a partner — my focus was on digitalisation and the financial sector. After a few years as COO at two scale-ups, I joined Top of Minds at the end of 2024, where I focus on partner and director positions within financial and professional services. I also serve as a supervisory board member at Forvis Mazars.

My background gives me a thorough understanding of how partnerships work. At the same time, I know what is happening inside companies. This allows me to support candidates in making the right career moves to organisations such as A&O Shearman, CMS, Zorg & Zekerheid, Eden McCallum, PwC, Svalner Atlas, Caisse d'Epargne and Delen Bank. Connecting the right person to the right client — and vice versa — remains one of the most rewarding aspects of this work."
