With over fifteen years of experience in C-level executive search, I build leadership teams that prepare organisations for their next phase of growth. At Egon Zehnder I worked on international board and senior leadership searches; at Top of Minds I operate in close partnership with entrepreneurs and investors. That combination of strategic depth and entrepreneurial dynamism characterises my way of working.

My focus is on SMEs and scale-ups, where both strategy and execution are needed to drive growth and change. I also guide owner-managers and management teams through succession and leadership challenges.

Within Top of Minds I additionally lead the HR practice, placing CHROs and People Directors across sectors — from consumer (Lidl, Grolsch, Innocent) and industry (Joulz, ASML, Kramp) to (fin)tech (Knab Bank, Ohpen, Bizzdesign).
