My career began in 2012 at an international executive search firm, where I focused on the global placement of finance and operations professionals. In 2016 I moved to Top of Minds, where I gradually built the Finance and Operations practice into fully-fledged specialisms.

Over the past years I have guided executive searches for scale-ups, PE-owned SMEs and established corporates — with clients such as KLM, ASML, Jumbo, Holie, de Bijenkorf, Stanley1913 and Fastned. Together with management teams, shareholders and investors, I work through challenges where leadership and strategic direction converge. My strength lies in quickly grasping the ambitions, culture and underlying dynamics within organisations.
