Caithlyn Tschi

During my Master's in Organisational Psychology, I became intrigued by leadership: what characterises good leadership and how do innovative leaders influence organisations? After four years in international IT consultancy, I made the move to executive search, where my passion for leadership and organisational advice come together seamlessly.

Within our Industry practice, I primarily place commercially oriented roles in manufacturing and production environments, transport, logistics and construction. I work for larger organisations such as TSG, MyWheels and QLS, as well as fast-growing start-ups such as FuelFWD. The commercial professionals I work with suit me well: down-to-earth, results-driven people who want to create tangible value. I recognise that in myself too: I have an enormous drive to find the best A-player for every client. That goes beyond placement alone — a search is only truly successful when the candidate goes on to make a real impact."
