During my MBA, I was looking for a part-time job where I could combine working with people with my interest in business. That's how I ended up at Top of Minds: a great opportunity to get to know unique companies and the people who work there. Especially now, in the middle of the AI revolution, it's incredibly educational to see how companies structure their organizations and what kind of leaders are needed to successfully navigate this new reality.

I learned the ropes in our Professional Services practice, working alongside partners and directors from whom I learned an incredible amount. I'm still very much developing my own style.
