Liselot Schipper

I studied Marketing Management at Erasmus University, with a specialisation in neuromarketing. Understanding human behaviour has always fascinated me, and that comes through in my role as an associate. I have conversations with candidates to discover what truly drives them and try to help them look at their career and choices from a different angle. My focus is on digital commercial roles, which almost every company is now looking for. What I enjoy most is making surprising matches: connecting someone from a different sector with a client and seeing how that combination brings exactly the change that was needed."
