I co-founded Top of Minds Germany in 2022, after twenty years in finance recruitment across Europe. Finance remains my focus. What fascinates me most is the dynamics around finance: buy-and-build cases, PE-driven acquisitions, mergers, and carve-outs. The role of finance professionals has changed enormously over the past years, and I love understanding how the right person makes a difference in those settings.

Whenever it's possible, we publish our C-level searches openly, with the full story and mission behind them, which is unique and disruptive in the traditionally closed, confidential German executive search market. We rarely do one-off placements. Instead, we build long-term relationships, often helping international clients shape entire teams together.
