These terms of use apply to any visit to and use of the website topofminds.com ("the Website"), offered by Top of Minds Group B.V. ("Top of Minds", "we", "us"), registered office at Amsterdam, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 64926753.
By visiting or using the Website, the visitor ("you") accepts these terms.
2. Purpose of the Website
The Website provides information about Top of Minds' executive search services, including:
- information on vacancies and search assignments;
- content such as interviews, articles and case studies;
- contact options for candidates and clients.
The content of the Website is informational in nature and does not constitute an offer or contractual commitment, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Use of the Website
You will use the Website only for lawful purposes. It is not permitted to:
- use the Website in a way that disrupts its operation (for example through automated scraping, overload or hacking attempts);
- copy, distribute or commercially exploit content from the Website without permission;
- provide false, misleading or fraudulent information through the Website, for example when applying for a role or submitting a contact request.

Top of Minds takes care in compiling and keeping the Website up to date, but does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of the information. No rights can be derived from the content of the Website.
Top of Minds is not liable for damages arising from use of the Website, unless caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of Top of Minds.

9. Governing law and disputes
These terms of use are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
