Before I started at Top of Minds, I gained extensive experience in the executive search for C-level vacancies. At Top of Minds, I focus on candidates in the earlier stages of their careers. My background allows me to provide them with some perspective on their opportunities and in making the right decisions. In my role as a Consultant, I provide guidance for professionals with backgrounds ranging from corporate organizations to both start-ups and scale-ups. The most important theme among the positions I recruit for is Digital Transformation. Think about data-driven General Managers. Or the strategic positioning of HR. I notice many employers are striving for more diversity in the workplace. This makes sense: it enhances creativity, innovation, and company results. At the highest level, however, it is often a challenge to meet the diversity targets. There is no quick-fix.
