ON AIR is a platform for on-stage entertainment in all genres, delivering the highest quality livestream experiences. ON AIR uniquely partners directly with artist teams, brand partnership teams and production stakeholders to deliver full swing production and distribution of any live streaming. The company takes ownership of the creative production, the streaming platform and PR, media and marketing activities.
ON AIR is founded by u. Digital, a family-owned investment company. Jakub K., who started ON AIR, is the CEO. His background is in investment banking in London, specializing in tech and media.
The CEO and COO, who are leading the company, have a huge ambition to raise funds and to grow the company together with a new CFO. The team of On Air consists of approximately 20fte and has its headquarters in Baarn.
Requirements*

ON AIR are currently expanding with an experienced, hands-on individual for the position of CFO. The CFO will have broad responsibility across corporate, operational, financial and accounting functions to ensure financial stability. They will play a key role in upcoming fundraisings and will continue to drive the company’s growth.
The company is growing; for this reason ON AIR expands with a strong CFO. The company leadership already laid the groundwork for the CFO to build their financial department. The CFO will compose and lead the finance teams to ensure that the company can excel in day-to-day delivery and future needs.
The CFO manages the financial performance of the company by developing internal controls and monitoring ongoing performance. They develop short term and long term forecasts and resource allocations, by clearly articulating key drivers of the business and costs. The CFO designs reporting tools to provide management insights into revenue and operating expenses, project spending, headcount, risks and opportunities.
Moreover, the CFO develops models and conducts analyses with large amounts of data to identify critical trends to support strategic decision-making and create forward visibility. The CFO prepares monthly, quarterly and yearly management accounts including variance analysis of actual operating capital and project costs versus plans, forecasts and the prior year.
The CFO position reports directly to the CEO and will interact on a regular basis with other senior managers and employees.
