From strategy to delivery, the Change Portfolio Manager will lead the Change Portfolio across MS AISE.
The Change Portfolio Manager will have an important role in determining the future change roadmap as well as the implementation thereof. Projects include regulatory-driven changes, data quality, digitization of client interaction, AI, fraud detection, operational excellence, cybersecurity and rationalizing the IT infrastructure. There are currently 28 change projects on the roadmap for 2021, many of which have an IT component. The Change Portfolio Manager will ensure the delivery of these projects according to best practice standards and agreed KPI's.
The scope of this role includes projects within MS AISE and projects run by MS ABS. With regard to the latter, the Change Portfolio Manager will represent the interests of MS AISE. The role will report to the MS AISE COO. The Change Portfolio Manager will work closely with the MS AISE COO, the MS AISE Head of Operations, the MS ABS Change team and the MS AISE business sponsors of the relevant projects.
Meanwhile, the Change Portfolio Manager will shape and build the project management capabilities and change team and develop a strong portfolio management process. In short: it's an opportunity to make a lasting impact while building a network within the organization.
