Requirements*
For the Global Leadership Gateway, Naspers is looking at strong e-commerce professionals with strategic consulting backgrounds and managerial experience. However, this job requires more specific skills. Starting point is an unrelenting passion for data. That passion permeates the whole team, so the future leader should not fall short. Furthermore, there is a need to combine business savviness with technical know-how. Anyone coming in from a consulting background should be willing to invest in data technology depth. Candidates with experience as a functional expert already immersed in e-commerce will need to show the potential to become a business and strategy leader. Either way, Dobo’s successor should be highly analytical and have the ambition to lead.

There is a rotation opportunity available within the global CLM team. The Implementation Manager will spend a number of months “shadowing” the current director of the team, Dobo Radichkov. After this initial stage, the Implementation Manager will take over this role and lead the team further. The global CLM team is very well regarded at all levels in the organization. To maintain and enhance its reputation as a front-runner, Dobo’s successor will have to be equally strong at the business end and the (data) technological end.
