Project Manager
BMS Bike Mobility Services (BMS) aims to develop sustainable, active and affordable bike mobility services for employers and their employees. BMS is part of mobility provider Pon.BIKE Business Group and holds a market leadership position in multiple European countries, and is currently expanding towards the US. The new Project Manager will play a key role in providing the IT uniformity, guidance, and delivery, which will be essential to BMS’ current and future growth.

Due to the digitization of BMS’ business and the company’s further international ambitions, providing IT uniformity and managing the delivery is an essential part of both their current and future growth.
Requirements*

Job description: Project Manager
The new Project Manager (PM) will own the entire landscape of satellite systems that connect to the Lease a Bike platform. This role will drive European innovation and optimization efforts, as well as the US roll-out.
Lease a Bike’s current IT system integrates custom-built and acquired, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) platforms. The challenge for the new Project Manager will be to manage the COTS ‘satellite systems and work with vendors to ensure seamless integrations.
To introduce a more integrated platform and centralized set-up, this role will be responsible for its roadmap of all satellite systems into a new master platform, which will be the IT backbone for future growth of the entire organization. The PM will also be involved in various projects and programs within the BMS organization.
The Project Manager will be technically savvy, and have strong people skills and stakeholder management experience to achieve successful buy-in of BMS’ integration strategy. They will handle vendor relationships, and collaborate with the BMS group’s Head of IT, local country MDs and forty other stakeholders in local offices across various countries.
