Assistant to the CEO

The Assistant to the CEO will work directly with the CEO and Head of Strategy to support the organization in rolling out the new strategy and shaping the organization. This is an excellent opportunity to enter a complex business at a high-exposure position before potentially moving into the strategy team or a business unit.

COFRA Holding is currently going through a digital transformation and this newly created role, which will act as the right-hand of the CEO, will push the team forward while picking up necessary projects. In supporting the CEO, the assistant to the CEO is a key partner to internal stakeholders in the effort of building the Operating Team's infrastructure. This includes structuring the team's meeting agenda, taking minutes, and determining follow-up steps for agreed actions, as well as researching and validating initiatives that support the strategy and building and maintaining dashboards for performance tracking. The assistant to the CEO will have a high level of exposure across the organization and among the different stakeholders of the business. The position is initially for one year and provides a great opportunity to enter a complex business with various divisions and sectors going through a transformation. After one year, having worked next to the CEO, being part of the strategy team and having seen the different aspects of COFRA Holding, the assistant of the CEO is expected to move up into the organization, for example into the strategy team or into a business unit.
