This acquisition gives Neways the momentum and resources to professionalize its way of working and fuels their goal to double in size over the next five years.

Vacancy: Chief of Staff to the COO
The Chief of Staff will work with and support Neways’ COO on all of his important challenges. Their main focus will be on operations and the supply chain. This role is expected to facilitate change and work with the organization to drive the implementation of strategic plans and initiatives. Eindhoven will be their primary work location. They’ll report directly to COO Steven Soederhuizen, a seasoned C-level executive.
The Chief of Staff will be able to solve problems that have no clear-cut answers. This requires confident analytical skills, creativity and a structured problem-solving approach. They will work on a wide variety of projects and areas, including supply chain optimization, production, capacity investments, footprint expansion, warehousing and quality and safety. With these efforts, they will move the organization forward and transform Neways in its growth strategy.
Collaboration will play a key role in the success of this opportunity. To maximize impact, the Chief of Staff will work closely with counterparts across the organization. They will support the leadership of the operating companies and their teams to implement the strategy and execute initiatives, which will require periodic site visits. The Chief of Staff will also have frequent interactions with Finance to gather financial data as input for their analyses. And in addition to being a trusted advisor to the COO, they will interact with the other Executive Board members and with Neways’ investors.
