Kramp is the largest agricultural wholesaler in Europe. The company provides dealers with parts. Twenty years ago the company was the first in the industry to have its own webshop. Now Kramp is a full-fletched e-tailer that puts customer experience at the core of its strategy. The company is currently launching a new webshop and works towards full client personalization. Kramp started in 1951 as a one-man enterprise in Varsseveld and since then developed into a multinational with sales offices in 24 countries across Europe, 11 warehouses and over 3,300 employees. - Finance professional with 12+ years of experience
- Understanding of wholesale, e-commerce and logistics
- Experience with leading international teams across multiple locations
- University degree, additional RC degree is a plus
- Background in Private Equity is a plus

The company and therefore the role of Finance Director has grown significantly over the past years, which has led to a large span of control. Therefore the company has decided to split the role creating a sustainable structure to accommodate future growth and to strengthen its finance department in general. The current Finance Director will fill the position of Group Finance Director and the company is looking for an International Finance Director. The International Finance Director leads the international Finance organization across all Kramp's geographies in Europe. He/she has 10 direct reports, which are local Finance & Control Managers, who each manage a team of 2 to 20 people. In total, the Finance Director is responsible for around 80 employees. He/she reports to Hans Scholten, CFO.
