Senior Manager of Information & Data Security

The Senior Manager of Information and Data Security plays a significant role within ASML's Security Leadership Team by ensuring the safety of ASML's most important risk domains. In this dynamic role, the Senior Manager will design, develop, and maintain advanced risk management frameworks and collaborate with security professionals and Sector Security Representatives to drive information security, and verify ASML's security controls' performance. The Senior Manager will join ASML's second line security team, report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and collaborate with teams of four other Senior Managers specializing in IT Security, Product Security, ICS/OT Security, and Physical Security Services. This role is crucial and strategic, requiring decisiveness and confidence in making impactful decisions. Their responsibilities span across all business processes, from product development, R&D, to sales and marketing. The Senior Manager's vision will drive the execution of ASML's Information and Data Security Risk Control Strategy. Working closely with the CDO, they will establish and maintain data classification standards, ensuring clarity on what information is critical and non-critical, and collaborating across the organization to refine data governance practices. This position will tackle new challenges and solve problems collaboratively in a creative and supportive environment.
