Versuni puts a new perspective on the word ‘universe’ with a focus on how our home lives unite us, wherever we live. Versuni remains a licensee of Royal Philips and continues to use well-known brand names that have strong market reputation. These include the Airfryer, Espresso Machine with LatteGo, PerfectCare Steam Generator, Air Purifier or AquaTrio Cordless Vacuum. Meanwhile, as a recently formed independent company with a new name and visual identity, Versuni is undergoing a vital scale-up phase to position itself as a key player in the global domestic appliance market.

- Master's degree equivalent level in media/ communications/ marketing/ related field
- 7+ years of experience in digital performance marketing
- Proven track record of developing effective media plans that drive business results

We have been a hundred percent carbon neutral in our operations since 2020 and have introduced the Eco-Conscious collection using a hundred percent bio-based plastics to reduce its CO₂ footprint by twenty-five percent, but this is just the start. By 2025, we aim for a hundred percent of our products to be designed in line with our EcoDesign requirements. Vacancy: Senior Performance Marketing Manager
The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will elevate Versuni’s global media and marketing performance. They will lead the organization’s marketing growth strategy and maximize top line growth while maintaining profitability KPIs.
This role will have a deep understanding of the global media landscape and be an expert in developing and executing effective media plans. They will wear multiple hats, and be the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, such as Markets, Activation hub, Amazon- or D2C team. They know the value of fostering strong relationships with various teams to understand business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and develop strong business cases to influence media-related priorities and drive results across the six regions.
The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will drive Versuni’s brand performance within various digital platforms. They will lead a team of three Platform Managers who each focus on managing the performance of the company’s marketing strategies and investments with Google, META, and other emerging platforms.
Always on the lookout for growth opportunities, this role will work with external partners like our media agencies. In addition, the Senior Performance Marketing Manager will collaborate with the media and marketing team to define streamlined agendas and roadmaps and align on investments, activation strategies, and KPIs.
They will implement a scalable performance marketing infrastructure across multiple markets, channels, engines, and platforms. By aligning with the business side, analytics and data science, the Senior Performance Marketing Manager will support process optimization efforts through developing and integrating customized tools throughout the global organization.
